What is a Healthy Life Coach?

I am both a Certified Health coach, AND A Certified Life Coach.


It is my belief that these two things go hand in hand. By improving the state of your health, you improve the quality of your life, and vice versa.  I work with clients who would like to take control of their daily habits by helping them set up conditions for inevitable success in order to achieve the healthy life they not only want, but deserve.



What does A Healthy Life COach Do?

 I believe that our daily habits contribute to our state of health and our quality of life. I strive to help my clients achieve their goals for their best healthy life by providing a personalized coaching program that addresses these daily habits and offer ways to improve both their health and their life one new habit at a time. I also believe that state of health and quality of life looks different for each individual client, so I take into consideration your individual goals and limitations in order to design a program specifically for you. Then, I walk with you for a period of time to help establish and instill these new habits into you life.


How Does Healthy Life coaching work?

  

First, we set up a free consultation to discuss your goals and talk about some of the obstacles that have kept you from reaching them on your own. 

Next, you are invited to begin a customized 90 Day Healthy Life Transformation during which we meet for one hour a week for twelve weeks. Each session is meant to move you closer to your unique goal, all while giving you the support and accountability you need along your journey.

Then, should you wish to continue our work together, you can join my Healthy For Life monthly check-in where we meet once per month to discuss your progress and deal with any new obstacles that might arise concerning your original goal. This part of the program is completely optional and customizable according to your unique situation and goal. 

Who is Healthy Life COach Suzanne?

I've worn many different hats over the last fifty-plus years, but two things have never changed: I am a teacher at heart, and I love getting lost in research. As a Family and Child Development major, I have always worked with children, including homeschooling my own two children, being involved with children's ministry, and spending several years teaching Pre-K children. I've also loved teaching adults by writing and teaching adult Bible studies, leading workshops, and being active in recovery ministries. So it was an easy transition into Health and Life Coaching because my own personal interest in, and struggle with, health, fitness, and nutrition meant I had spent years researching, learning, and  seeking expert advice to deal with my own health and life issues. As a Health and Life coach, I love working with clients to help them find solutions to their particular concerns by getting to you each person and what their own struggles and goals are and then staying with them as they begin to live out their own Healthy Life.

Movement is a necessary part of any healthy living plan and I will help you discover how to improve your current fitness regimen and make suggestions to help you find a good routine that you can actually enjoy.

Your mindset plays a crucial role in your overall well-being. I will help you develop a positive, growth-oriented mindset that supports your personal health goals. I will provide resources and tools to help you overcome limiting beliefs and negative self-talk.

Stress can have a significant impact on your health and well-being. I will work with you to help you find effective stress management techniques and mindfulness practices to help you manage stress and improve your overall quality of life. 

Optimized Sleep

Sleep is essential for your health and vitality. I will help you develop healthy sleep habits and provide tips and resources to help you improve your sleep quality. Wake up feeling refreshed and energized every day.
